Cutting & Organizing Footage
Once we receive your clips, we carefully sort and arrange everything. We go through all the footage to pull the best moments and build a strong foundation for the edit.
Editing, Effects & Sound Design
Using DaVinci Resolve, our editor crafts the edit—refining pacing, adding effects, transitions, and creating clean, professional sound design that enhances the story or message.
Professional Colour Grading
After the edit is locked, we send the project to our colourist. They give the footage a high-quality, cinematic grade that matches your preferred style and takes the final look to the next level.
Final Delivery
You’ll receive a finished, professional project that reflects your personality, goals, and aesthetic. Everything is polished, styled to your preference, and ready to post or publish.

Initial Planning & Concept Discussion
We start by discussing your goals, the message you want to communicate, and the overall look, mood, and colour style you’re aiming for. This helps us design a clear vision for the project before filming begins.
Scheduling & Shot Planning
Together, we’ll confirm filming dates and outline the exact shots you want included. This ensures we’re fully prepared and aligned with your expectations. If needed, we can help shape the creative direction and offer shot suggestions to elevate your video.
Location Recce & Risk Assessment
Before the shoot, we visit the filming location for a recce (location scout). This allows us to understand the space, plan our camera setups, check lighting conditions, and determine what equipment will be required.
We also complete a risk assessment, ensuring the environment is safe for both our team and yours during filming.
Filming Your Project
On shoot day, we bring all necessary camera and audio equipment. We capture every planned shot—plus any additional creative angles that help tell your story—to ensure the final product feels dynamic and professional.
Editing & Creative Post-Production
After filming, the project follows the same process as our editing-only workflow:
-Cutting and organizing your clips
-Adding effects and transitions
-Crafting polished sound design
-Bringing our creative touch to enhance the overall feel
Professional Colour Grading
Once the edit is locked, the project is passed to our colourist. They apply a high-quality colour grade that matches your brand style, mood, and visual tone.
Final Delivery
You’ll then receive a finished, professional video that aligns with your brand message and visual identity—fully polished, beautifully styled, and ready for distribution.
Drone Footage (Aerial videography)
Pre-Flight Planning & Safety
Before every flight, we handle all the FAA requirements. This includes checking the airspace, getting LAANC or Airspace Authorization if needed, looking over NOTAMs, checking the weather, and doing a full pre-flight assessment of the location. This helps make sure the flight is safe and everything runs smoothly on the day.
Aerial Filming
On shoot day, we will bring our drone gear and capture the aerial shots you need—wide sweeping views, smooth tracking shots, top-down angles, building fly-arounds, or anything that fits the style and mood you’re going for.
Footage Delivery Options
You can either receive the raw drone footage as-is, or we can take it through our full editing process. That includes cutting and sorting the clips, adding effects, sound design, and sending it off to our colourist for grading to give it the final touches.
